Manchester City star Erling Haaland was confident of beating West Ham on the last day of the season.
The Norway forward won a second Premier League title in his second season in English football.
City secured their fourth successive league title on Sunday, beating the Hammers 3-1 at home on the final day.
Post-game, Haaland told Sky Sports: "After we beat Spurs we kind of knew we were going to do it. I was confident."
On their improvement after the New Year, he added: "It's like that every year. It's like we add on a little bit extra because that's when it really matters. I'm happy and I can't complain."
On winning the golden boot yet again, he finished: "It's not bad. There's not much to say, it's better to just play football and don't speak too much. Let other people do the speaking and that's better."
